You can cancel your order within
7 days of receipt of goods for any
reason . We will
refund your payment within 30 days once
the unused goods are returned.
Where goods are unsuitable, we will offer a full refund on unused
items returned within 14 days. Refunds will only be made to the
card which was used to purchase the original goods. These refunds
will be made within 7 days.
Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.

All
our condoms are approved by The Japanese Standards Association for the
safe prevention of pregnancy and disease (conformity to standard JIS
T9111 - equivalent to the ISO 4074 standard upon which the European
CE mark is based). However, as they
have been manufactured for sale in Japan
and do not bear the CE mark, despite meeting
International quality standards, by law we must, and do, sell these
as "novelty condoms" in the UK.
