can I make a complaint?
We hope to provide a level of outstanding customer
service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our service
is efficient and professional, we recognise there may be occasions
when things go wrong and if you are dissatisfied
with any aspect of our service then please email us and let
us know. For example if you have received faulty or damaged goods,
have been sent an incorrect product or have waited too long for
delivery without being given adequate notice.
We will reply to any complaint within
48 hours and will try our very best to resolve the problem wherever
possible within 7 working days. Any complaint will be dealt with
sympathetically and confidentially and is supported by our returns
policy should you be unhappy with your purchase.

All
our condoms are approved by The Japanese Standards Association for the
safe prevention of pregnancy and disease (conformity to standard JIS
T9111 - equivalent to the ISO 4074 standard upon which the European
CE mark is based). However, as they
have been manufactured for sale in Japan
and do not bear the CE mark, despite meeting
International quality standards, by law we must, and do, sell these
as "novelty condoms" in the UK.
